Null and Void

The second stripper in the Duke rape allegation should not be believed. Her stories do not match.
The prosecution should drop the case. It has more twists and turns that the first dancers strip routine. More at the N&O.

An update from the Herald-Sun (as reported by Matt Drudge. I think the site is overwhelmed with requests). Ick. Yeah, she is a real good girl. Daddy, are you proud of her now?

No one's stories have "matched" since the beginning - except for the lacrosse players. Everyone else has changed their story at least once.

Unfortunately, the lives of these young men are effectively ruined anyway. Even if they're fully exhonerated by The System, this black cloud will hang over them forever.

Even more unfortunate, the accusers, police and prosecutor will never have to pay any penalty for their antics. Maybe a small financial settlement - but that's really not significant. Money from the accuser(s)? They've barely got anything to take. Jail time? Nope. The DA might lose his upcoming election (they've only had primaries so far, right?) - assuming someone steps up to get on the opposing ballot.
