Wow...Just...WOW! The accuser (notice how she is never called a victim or even alleged victim?) in the Duke lacrosse rape case has made a very similar allegation TEN YEARS AGO. It has surfaced that the accuser in the Duke rape case made an accusation against three Creedmoor, NC men 10 years ago. Details are still a little sketchy, but I am sure they will flesh out. Lessee now...
* History of mental illness and drug abuse
* Similar allegations 10 years ago of rape by three men
* Seeking financial compensation (calls to a PR firm on how to "spin this in her favor")
* Identified the 2 defendants in a lineup of 40 other lacrosse players by scratches on their torsos with 100% certainty and 1 other with 90%)
* Claims sodomy with a foreign object but no physical evidence has been released to back that up.
Credible? I do not see how. Every day I am seeing more reasons to believe the guys. Remember, she has to prove they did it. They do not have to prove their innocence.
