Outsourcing Has Gone Too Far!

It appears that the IRS has outsourced at least some of its operations to Korea. I would have never known this (was it in the news and I missed it?) unless I had read this e-mail I received today:

After the last annual calculations of your fiscal activity we have determined that you are eligible to receive a tax refund of $109.30. Please submit the tax refund request and allow us 6-9 days in order to process it.

A refund can be delayed for a variety of reasons. For example submitting invalid records or applying after the deadline.

To access the form for your tax refund, please click here (link goes to http://light.kangwon.ac.kr/irs/index.html).

Regards,
Internal Revenue Service

I know this is a phishing e-mail...I am just having a bit of fun.
