Maybe not. Now I am not going to pass judgment on this guy. He is (was) a professional meteorologist. Scott Stevens is pretty passionate about weather. He thinks that the major hurricanes are not natural in origin.
His pages on contrails / chemtrails is very informative. He has some theories that are a bit extreme, but interesting reading nonetheless. Check it out.
